This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for MyRightHandMan Customer.
How to request account and data deletion
You can delete your account using either of the following options:
Option 1: In the app
- Open the MyRightHandMan Customer app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Follow the steps and confirm deletion.
Option 2: By email
You can also request deletion by sending an email from your registered account address to support@myrighthandman.com. We will confirm once account and data deletion is completed.
What we delete
When you request account deletion, we delete:
- Account and profile information (name, email, phone, address, and photo).
- Booking history and appointment data.
- Chat and message history.
- Saved preferences and settings.
- Other personal data associated with your account.
What we may keep
We may retain certain information where required by law or legitimate business needs:
- Records required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance.
- Anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.
- Information required for fraud prevention and user safety.
Retention period
We process deletion requests as soon as practical. Account and personal data deletion is typically completed within up to 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.
